    MDHHS Application Assistance

We are proud to serve as a trusted partner with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Our goal is to help families and individuals access the resources they need to thrive. Whether you’re applying for food assistance, Medicaid, or other state-supported services, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Through our partnership with MDHHS, we are able to connect residents to state and local resources available in their community as well as help them navigate MIBridges, the MDHHS website used to apply for and view benefits, manage cases, and share and receive documents.
