    Program Requirements

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    Must have a valid high school diploma or GED

    Must have completed 120 clock hours of training

    Must have completed 480 hours of work experience with the age group you are applying for

    Must have completed your professional portfolio and family questionnaires

    Must have selected a PD Specialist and secured a workplace agreement with a center

    Must have the $525 application fee ready to pay
