    Enrollment Agreement

    This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is between Bayan ("Center") and the individual enrolling in a program ("Participant") or, if the Participant is a minor, the Participant's parent or legal guardian ("Parent").

    By enrolling, the Participant and/or Parent agrees to the following:

    Payment
    • Full payment is required to secure enrollment.
    • All payments are non-refundable.
    • Tuition is charged for the full enrollment period regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or dismissal, and any outstanding balance remains the responsibility of the Participant/Parent.

    Scholarships
    • If tuition is funded by a scholarship or third party, the Participant/Parent is responsible for maintaining eligibility. Any unpaid balance becomes the responsibility of the Participant/Parent.

    Programs
    • Programs are offered for a designated enrollment period. In some cases, the curriculum may be completed before the scheduled end date.

    Assessments (Educational Programs)
    • Some programs include assessments. Advancement is based on the Center's standards, and a Participant may be required to repeat a level if those standards are not met.

    Closures
    • If the Center closes due to emergencies or circumstances beyond its control, an online alternative may be offered at the Center's discretion. Credits for monthly programs, if any, will be issued according to the Center's policies.

    Center Policies
    • Participants and Parents agree to follow all Center policies and procedures. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without refund.
    • By registering for a program, the Participant and/or Parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
